Goo-Gone... find it in basic department stores like Wal Mart, etc.

Use it on a paper towel and let it dissolve the sap, then CAREFULLY wipe the area until there is none left. DO NOT SCRUB or you will make swirls in your paint.

After you get it all off, then re-wax the car.
