Is there an OBD reader for Mercedes that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

I may swap out the throttle body to see if that works. Seems like a lot of the failures with the CPS, TB, APP are due to the semiconductors Bosch uses for the Hall Effect sensors failing or going out of spec.
My car only has about 16K on it.
