I have a wide bed scanner these days and I will see if I can scan two joined pages at a time so they can be put together in a book form as the original after printing and flipping the pages when half way done. One face would have the face page and the back page and that page would be flipped to have the inside cover page and the inside of the back page printed on it.
they could be printed on paper that was double letter size or larger which could be trimmed.
