Yes do it. I have a 2007 Crossfire with 81,000 miles on it and out of nowhere I went into Limp Mode that everyone at some point seems to suffer from. I must have sent 15 threads over a 2 month period trying to learn how to change the conductor plate. And today I can proudly say that I am no longer in limp mode---and that is as of today.

But on second thought if you are not throwing any codes at the two sensors then leave well enough alone until you go into Limp Mode. Its not like you are dropping the tranny and so you have to get everything done while the tranny is down. To change the conductor plate all you have to do is remove the tranny pan and it is right there. And so you can wait until the limp mode rises if it ever does.

Sorry for the duplicity in my answer. But no, why send the close to $200 to get a conductor plate when there is nothing wrong with the one you have. If you go into limp mode, simply drain the tranny oil and remove the tranny pan and you right back there at the conductor plate. Changing it is simple
