Default Re: Firewall Pass Through

When we imported our car to Ontario we had to have daytime running lights. I could not get a Canadian headlight switch at the time, and in order to get Chrysler to do the software manipulation and run through all original wiring. I had to buy an aftermarket DRL set up to use. One requirement for the aftermarket DRL to run properly is to have a live direct 12v feed. I pulled that off the positive clamp as per picture and then installed an in line fuse holder which made it easily accessible. I put all the wiring in looms etc so it looks factory. This might be something you could use and then feed it back through the firewall - it would be fused at that point.
