The only way I would thing of is running two test wires from the two battery terminals to the two pins on the back of the light.
Be very careful to not touch the two wires together.
Once in a blue moon one comes up on Ebay.

I found one of the hard to find LED brake lights for my Roadster
It was posted on a Crossfire group page on Facebook being provided by a member who has a salvage car
He provided me this pic....Hope it works when it arrives
