Default HELP!!: N/A 6MT Won’t rev over 5K RPM

I’ve been having issues with the speedo not working on my car for over a year now. It’s pretty sad honestly because outside of that the car runs and feels like a champ with no issues anywhere else.

Its also caused a chain reaction sort of effect on other items in the car not to work correctly. Spoiler is stuck deployed, ABS ESP/BAS and Hand Brake light are on along with check engine and brake wear indicator, My rev limiter now kicks in @ 5000~ ish RPM (sometimes it’ll let me go over as much as 5500RPM, which is what confuses me)

I’ve swapped RCM’s, ABS Module and I required my CAN C Bus network with no solution. I’m still slowly but surely trying out other methods and the one I’ve continuously neglected has been to change the speed/abs sensors. I’ve cleaned them several times and inspected them to see if maybe they’re just dirty but all connections appear to be clean even after I clean them.

Ive plugged the car up first using an Autozone Innova scanner that gave me the generic code P0600 claiming that serial communication isn’t being established. I then ran some pin out test based on the shop manual and came to the conclusion that the CAN C Bus was the issue.

I now now have a iCarsoft i980 and it’s giving me a Fault Code of B1040 which was stored in the instrument cluster that’s states “CAN communication fault to engine control module” which leads me to think a few things buts it’s all a rabbit hole. If someone can maybe help point me in the right or better direction it would be greatly appreciated (It actually threw more codes initially but I

RCM: I was double checking the RCM to verify that the traction control relay worked (it does). I heard the n47 relay is within the abs module though and that’s what could be causing this issue for me.

What my dash currently looks like whenever I drive

If you look closely the white and blue wire you see is my replacement wire for the original CAN C BUS which was originally 20AWG stranded braided wire pair.

This sheet of paper just has the Original fault codes that came up and what each system diagnosed it as with P0600 being the most vague.

I did not De-Pin the original connectors as they seem to have had continuity. So I ran a new set of wires spliced to the original.

cleared them and they haven’t came back since).
