2004 XF 6spd 158,000 miles

The following is 2 links for 2 different pedals, The issue is I have had the car for 3 days and this issue I knew about but the owner did not know what was wrong with it and sold it cheap to me, anyway the car been running great now its doing the limp mode and when I hit the pedal no power. So I sure from what I have been reading on these forums the pedal sensor is the issue, any feed back or help be great. Thanks
