Re: Headlamps
Hi once again,
I read through once more and now I see what you want to do. You have a car used for left side street driving and now move to a country where they drive on the right side.
That was more complicated, the lights have a different construction. Maybe if you can take it apart there is a possibility to change the aperature that make the light beam unsymmetric. But then you must take apart the case (light house) and it isn't easy because it's glued together, one of the more stupid constructions of this car.
What I see you have to buy to new or used lights to your car, replace them. Later you can sell your old lights to a country with left side driving. It will cost some money for work and parts, 1000+ Euros for parts and lot of work to replace them too. On the other hand, if your old lights are foggy and needs to replaced anyway there is no extra cost.
In Sweden where I live Crossfire is a very cheap car, but the cab is a little more expensive. Somewhere 6500 to 13000 Euros for a cab.
Is it an alternative to sell the car in UK and buy a new in France ?
Is the nice black cab in the thumb yours ?
Sorry for the negative information.
