If it is someone pranking you, it reminds me of wayyyyy back (like 4-5 decades) where kids would place a very small pebble in the cap on the valve stem. After checking/filling the tire the victim would screw the cap on and a slow leak would leave the guy stranded somewhere until the spare is mounted. Unfortunately our cars don't come with a spare... Catch em and there usually isn't anything you can do unless no one see's you
