I am confused on this, on why she would need to buy separate headlights???
is France a place that want a the headlights angles so far that they shine in the ditch ?

There are 3 adjustment screws on each headlight assembly
you can adjust the low beams left to right.
most of the time, when adjusting headlights they are straight on with the vechicle.

If you want the perfect way to adjust is while on a flat surface and shining lights on a wall or garage door, from a distance of around 25 feet away.and taping off lines that are perfectly in line with the car

Did France say your cars lights where shining to far outwards ?
