Probably needs to have the crankcase breather covers removed, cleaned and new RTV sealant applied. These are a known problem for poor factory assembly. The small screws holding these down are "throw-aways". You'll need to replace them if you perform this repair. (see attached document)
The valve covers themselves may also be contributing to the leakage. This would require another set of valve cover gaskets installed once you remove the valve covers & clean the sealing surfaces of all old gasket material. The larger Torx screws hold the valve cover down and can be re-used. (Note: As a "short-term" DIY fix, you might try tightening the valve cover screws. They do become somewhat loose over time. I check these for proper tightness probably every couple of years. Tightening torque is 10 N-m (7 Ft-lbs).)
