Sorry, I'm confused too. I think these are the details:

"If you have a working remote, we can copy it. If you have no existing remotes, we will need your SKREEM module for programming."

"They (our keys) work the same as original remotes after they are programmed for your car. The information needed to program for your car either comes from a working remote or from the SKREEM. Unfortunately, we do not have access to Mercedes database of key and remotes to program them without this. The email quote will have more details."


We do not want anyone sending us anything without first having email correspondence so no paperwork is missing and there is no confusion as to the process and no delays. I'll be happy to help, but right now I don't know how.
