I have called Chrysler and Mercedes -multiple dealers - who all say no luck getting one or anything else to work. Called several locksmiths, but found only 2 who can make a key but no fob for $150-$500. One said he thinks the key is based from a Sprinter, and he's pretty sure he can make that work. What do you think?

I found a site that sells KR 55 remotes with uncut blades. The fobs are used, and the site says the blades can be cut and programmed by a dealer or locksmith to work for my Crossfire.

Don't know what to do, or who to trust, except you folks. What do you believe is the best way to get a key? With only one key, I'm extremely nervous - if it gets lost I'm screwed.

Thanks!
SOS sprang to mind immediately as they posted on here very recently. At the moment they appear to be the only people able to solve the key problem, they need a working key or the SKREEM module to make a working fob. The working key looks to be the best option as they could then copy the key itself.
These people who say they are pretty sure of something but then fail are very sure to keep up or money.
