Have an 04 crossfire manual and every time I engage the clutch the E brake light and chime comes on. The sensor behind the clutch is triggering it. Guessing there may be a short somewhere? It does have an aftermarket alarm which may or may not be interfering....
any suggestions?
That light comes on when the handbrake is on and when the brake fluid is low, maybe as oil goes to the clutch circuit the brake fluid drops below the minimum level.
