I've used seafoam for years. I didn't get to the valve covers today. I did pull all my passenger lower suspension and replaced all of it. Bought all my back could take today still have drivers side to do but may hold off and pull cover in the morning. My bearings were trashed and lower control arm bushings busted. All nice and new now though. Will update soon as I get the cover popped with what I find.
