I've read quite a few of those old posts. Most responses to people that asked about manual or supercharger conversions were just told to go and buy an SRT6 as it's too complicated or will be too expensive and that the manual transmission wont be strong enough. I can't find any reason why it can't be done! Most of the conversions have been on cars used for competition and have used stand alone ECUs as people have assumed it would be too complicated to adapt the OEM ECU.

I don't plan to try this type of conversion myself as I'm not interested in a manual SRT6, but I've converted 3 V8 Crossfires (NA and Supercharged) and have been involved with the ECU coding of at least two others. I haven't come across anyone that's actually tried to mate a manual transmission to an SRT6 engine, but if someone wants to try, I'm more than happy to help them with the ECU coding.
