Most likely... As you drive the car the heat in the tire will build up. IF the pressure is at the low threshold it can trip the light back off. Also, a battery in the sensor at its life limit could be just warming up a little and having a slight increase in voltage thereby sending the signal to the TPMS receiver.

The ONLY reason the manual says to do the 'relearn' in a set pattern, IN MY OPINION, is to provide a sequence to its setup. I have seen posts of ppl who have all 4 rim/tire sizes the same (or 18's front & 19's rear OEM), and when they rotate the tires there is no problems with the TPMS working properly.
