I adjusted my window and the adjustments are made through two holes in the bottom of the door. The door panel does have to come off. It's explained in the Service Manual.
Here is a photo showing the adjustment points.
Thank you I appreciate the picture. I can't really see the hex bolts, but I'm sure once i get it off I'll be able to tell.
