It is POSSIBLE the SKREEM is not your problem BUT you need to be more concise as to what is wrong. Does the car starter CRANK but not start, or does it do nothing (no starter cranking)? You do not have to program the FOB to START the car, as pointed out by pizzaguy. It could be a lot less expensive if you take a few basic steps to find out why the car isn't doing what you want it to. The SKREEM failure symptoms are it starts twice then nothing UNTIL you disconnect the NEG connector for a few, reconnect it, and the same thing happens again. Please tell the forum exactly what is happening when you try to START the car each time (for a total of three times). IF you get the same thing after removing the NEG cable and reconnecting it, it is most likely the SKREEM. There is a few different people who (lately) have had success in fixing this problem.
