Remove battery cables. Then it repeats process of starting a few times, followed by nothing when turning key to start. Just trying to cover all angles testing. Prior to mailing these major components to a vendor cuz would be horrible if lost in mail stream

http://sosdiagnostics.com/crossfire.html) is the most experienced and a reliable source for skreem repair. I totally understand your worry if the components are lost in the mail. The mail is very slow and unreliable these days. I've had issues with a few packages being super late etc.
So since you are in Florida, you can try taking the components to MDP but be forewarned they apparently were only able to fix 5 Crossfires. You might be lucky and be number 6. Either they will be able to fix it or not, very low risk of any further damage since typically it is a software issue where the computer and skreem go out of sync.
