I have also tried clearing it w the engine running, and even disconnection the battery for 1 minute. It always come back to the same lights and code. There was trans fluid inside the conductor plate exterior connection and so I did rinse all parts down well with brake cleaner. WHen I have gotten a similar code from other brand vehicles, especially with the traction and brake light on, it seems like it comes down to a BCM unit malfunctioning. But I am new to Chrysler electronics and am here to learn from those who know the system. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Did you check the connector for the transmission control unit (TCU) under the console (interior)? You mentioned transmission fluid in the connector/wiring outside the transmission when you replaced the connector plate, it (fluid) has on occasion 'wicked' up to the TCU. If it did and got into that TCU, that might be where your current problem is. I am sure others here may chime in about this since I have not experienced this issue. There are a number of posts about it though. Good luck finding and fixing it!
