Hi guys I’m new here...
Just wanted to say thanks... I read this thread and realized that my RCM was acting up. I was have the issue where the car wouldn’t start and the fan would warp to high speeds..
I removed the RCM re soldered the 3 pins, i also noticed that one of the relays had slight charring and was stuck closed... I cleaned it out and viola! Started immediately.
