Default Re: Water damage to my amp? Only right front plays

I am with you friend, I know NOTHING about how a stereo works BUT I do know I like to have it in what I drive. I have read the best bang for a buck right up and that went right over my head honestly. If I thought it would get me sound on the drivers side I would do the mod right now with a mag light strapped to my head! Sadly the amp I bought did nothing for the left side and I am at a loss as to where to start or what to do. I may pop that panel off and jiggle some wires in hopes of another XF fix just to see if I can pull another rabbit out of my ***. Good news is I have no unwanted lights on my dash after a month of ownership. I am getting " test pipes" in place of my OEM cats in the morning and may cut out for a road trip either to Nashville or maybe to the Houseboat on Center Hill Lake since I have put less than 50 miles on the car since the day I bought it. Enjoy the eve friend and thanks again for all the help with my car

I really think this one is a Keeper but I do say that about them all . .In the last two months I had a C4 Vert (drop top Vette) a Honda Coupe EX=L V6, Saab 97x ALL wheel drive with the Chevy 5.3 and a Hybrid Highlander along with a few Infinty . I have come to realize that these cars are fun but can be very expensive if anything breaks. I have been looking for a SRT that needs some love, if I found one I would buy one in a minute and have two. I dont like that my car smells like a crayon which I have found out is the headliner so maybe that will be my next project. Who knows . .
