It's just a 1 7/8" aluminum **** handle that is threaded for 3/8-16 threads, I just drilled out the threads and drilled a hole for a set screw in the base of the ****. Also trimmed and trued the base off the aluminum handle so it sits flush against the trued up stem. You might need a lathe to true up the parts or use some aluminum tubing to cover the steel shifter rod.
