Got this car from a Honda dealer who's service dept gave up on it. Car came in for service and wouldn't start following the service. Oil change and check over. Shop manager at the time is gone, nobody knows what this mystery part is they couldn't find. I put in a new 730 CCA O'Reilly's battery. Meticulously clean terminal connections.
With key in on position, dash indicator lights are lit.
Starter has engaged twice, turning the engine a few revolutions then disengages. I can twist the ignition key with no starter response.
RCM?
Fan is not running with key in on position.
