As said before, the secondary air pump runs when the emissions are out of tolerances (or at first start to help warm the engine), so it by itself does not mean that is the problem. Check the service manual (mine is 2nd volume, page 9-387 titled P0410-Secondary Air Injection System) for a step by step troubleshooting of that code and associated.
