Default Key Fob replaced and then Car won’t start.

So, I’m lost here. I got a replacement key fob and switched the key and the circuit board to the new fob. Went to start the car and it tried to start on first two attempts and then nothing on the third. Tried to research on my own and thought that it was the Skreem. I sent the Skreem and the ECU to precisionECU for them to do the immobilizer fix. Got them back, installed them, and now the car still won’t start. Remote still unlocks and locks doors. I hear the fuel pump engage, all the lights on the dash are on, and after a few seconds the fan starts. What did I do wrong? Is the chip for the key not on the circuit board? Did I miss it and throw it away possibly? Does it matter if the Skreem is immobilized? Thoughts? Advice? Thanks in advance!
