I have replaced 2 headliners already and the cost is $28 for specific foam backed cloth on EBAY and $13 for the 3M spray glue for this cloth replacement. An hour to take out the liner and remove old backing foam.......and 30 mins to put back in. All in $41 and less than 2 hours for a DIY.
