I found that the drain hose was up inside the opening where it should extend out several inches behind the rear wheel.

Fortunately it was still draining water to the outside on the ground behind the rear right wheel.

I got a needle nose pliers and carefully pulled it back out and placed a tie wrap securely around the hose to prevent it from slipping up inside again.

If I could add an additional note to this? Does anyone know if it is one single hose, or maybe two connected within the fender? If it is two connected inside the fender, you might pull it to far separating it along the line (OR through the gas cap area). If you do pull it out you may have to take out the inner trim to fix it.
