Been a while since we autocrossed the crossfire, plan to purchase a set of tires soon and run them out before buying a new race car. In the past we ran 235/40/18 but would love to fit a 255/35 up front, 18x8.5 with the kmac kit -2 degrees camber. Anybody got this to fit yet? Or is 235 still the widest we can go?
I have 255/35/18 on the front with 15mm spacers and the camber bolt kit. Neither the spacers or bolts were necessary, I just added for stance and reducing the negative camber.
I also have 285/30/19 on the rear with 20mm spacers and the DIY camber kit. The car is a lot more stable IMO with this setup.
