Yes your PCM is missing. A PCM have to be coded to to your Skreem and have to be the right one for your Crossfire (manual/automatic) there are a few different part numbers for the PCM so it's not so easy to find out what part number is the right for your.
I have tested different part numbers in mine (automatic) and the car starts always but sometimes I have communication errors between other control units.
Please look if the skreem module is in the car, it is behind the speedometer, if not you need a complete new set skreem, keys, pcm.
