The extra outlets on the pump of the CLK is for releasing the trunk. The CLK key FOB also has an extra button for the trunk release so there is a difference in the electronics somewhere. The Crossfire has no truck release.
My question would be why does the OP think replacing the locking/unlocking pump has anything to do with his ESP/BAS warning light and the spoiler deploying?
The only reason I believe or believed it did was from other threads on here but I may be highly mistaken. From what I gathered it controls more than the locks. I think it controls the automatic light cut off when you turn of the car and walk away and somehow communicates the speed from the wheel sensors to the spoiler somehow. I may be wrong but that's why I came here to try and figure out the problem because electrical is not my strong suit. My center locking pump still works in the manner of simply locking the doors but the light delay does not work anymore they stay on and the abs and bad/esp light came onto the dash as soon as the central locking pump had gotten wet. So that is why I believe the two are connected.
