Hi, here to ask the experts once again!

My spoiler on 2005 Crossfire LTD Convertible is not deploying completely. It starts but doesn't lift completely but does retract - at normal speed(s). Even using the interior control, it doesn't lift however does retract.
It is new issue & have never experienced problem before. I have read the posts on the reverse problem with not retracting but I haven't seen any similar issues with not deploying completely.

Any suggestions and tips for my mechanic you may have, I would be very grateful!
