Here is a quote from a forum member here who also had problems with chrome-tec:

"i ordered reset buttons from this guy. he says they slide over. there is no way i can slide them over. i ordered door pins and surrounds still waiting its been about 3 weeks now."

In the short search I did on this forum alone, there seemed to be others with similar experiences.
