No engagement of the engine at all, the fan came on but no crank no clicking sound what so ever. You are correct about getting back in driveway which I intend on doing Friday. I have only owned the car for 1 yr 2007 convertible, I only towed back to dlr as they had just replaced the head gaskets a day earlier and I suspected they may have messed something up. As it turns out the $800 repair was actually trans pan plug needing tightening as it was still leaking . I will hit the forum page for any furher repairs in the future as the gracious help from all on this site is quite outstanding ........................Keith
