I do something similar but somewhat different. I keep ongoing MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, Operations) cost (less insurance & depreciation) on all my vehicles. Attached are the files I keep on the 2007 Crossfire Coupe. I track all costs during the year, but only identify what I consider to be the major expenditures during the year in my data file..
