This sounds like incompetency on the part of the shop working on the car.
You should really answer this important question; if you think you want the
car to run right, or
if not to give up? Too many times dealerships want to swap parts and guess, and other mechanics want to try but fail at your expense. So, if you do not want the car any more, don't answer these inquires!
