Well, its not just Chrysler. Most car dealers I have dealt with, from Hyundai, to Ford, to GM, to Audi, to Honda, to Mazda, and yes, a Chrysler or two, SUCK. It depends on the local management. You would think that the corporate higher-ups would be more on top of it. When I spoke with Mazda corporate in particular (who by the way, have the absolute WORST service), I was told that they will add the complaint to the file, but it was the dealer's problem, not theirs. But doesn't the dealer represent them? Its a franchise! If your McDonalds sucks, Mc D's corporate will pull your franchise license. You would think that with the dismal auto sales of the big three that service would be #1 priority. Guess not.
On the other hand, I have dealt with a few EXCEPTIONAL dealers, two of them Chrysler. It really is hit and miss.
