Yeah not sure expressing myself correctly as I am by no means a mechanic, I try you tubing where I can and do enjoy fixing things on my own but this is way outside my patience level. The car is at a Chrysler dlr and the service mgr is a god friend and he is doing everything he can even getting on the line to Rob from Wings about getting the RCM delivered to him which as I mentioned we installed but still no luck.. I called mecedes dlr and the mgr there told me " goodluck" Not very warm and comfy response at all. The unit is in Windsor Ontario and if you know of any independents close by or anywhere in Ontario I am happy to have it towed there in fact if border opens I would tow to someone in Michigan. I really do love the car and want to get this resolved EVEN if it means getting re built powertrain
I did send him your suggestions re trouble shooting everything else and will keep you posted as I really do respect all the help form everyone on this site ...............K
