So, I raised the spoiler, cleaned and lived all the hinging mechanisms. Pulled off the inside cover...lots of corrosion. Cleaned up what I could and lived gears as well. No change. Two of the swing arms to retract (the two forward curved ones under the spoiler) have marks on them like they're rubbing. When spoiler is retracted manually, I hear the audible beep that says it's back in auto mode. It just won't go down the last half inch. Time to get the limit switches checked out I guess.
