I've never had any major issues with any service dept. I've used with my previous cars, Ford, Datsun, Mazda, Acura, and now Chrysler (so far). I guess I've been lucky. But I will say this... one of those I mentioned really made me feel good about their service, going above and beyond expectations whenever I did use them. That was Acura.
