I use to install a lot of these on different equipment and they were rated at 80lbs, 100lbs, 120lbs etc.

Also replaced the batteries in the alarm module about 6 months ago but stopped working. Replaced fob batteries but still nothing. My car sits covered a lot under a carport, don't use it much. You think batteries went bad again on the module? I have to check fuses and I will do this as soon as the rain stops. Any input on the module batteries as being the culprit? Thanks!

What makes you think the alarm module batteries went bad? When you replaced them, did you use any of the steps/batteries listed in the help section here in the forum? Was the circuit board damaged in any way, and was the replacement of the batteries (if older model) or battery (newer model) with new ones, clean, and optimal (nothing close to being bridged or cold solder joints & watertight sealed)? How did you check the siren? Few more helpful answers needed for the siren portion please? BTW, the FOB not working, COULD it be water inside the central locking pump in the rear well (did you check that)?
