What makes you think the alarm module batteries went bad? When you replaced them, did you use any of the steps/batteries listed in the help section here in the forum? Was the circuit board damaged in any way, and was the replacement of the batteries (if older model) or battery (newer model) with new ones, clean, and optimal (nothing close to being bridged or cold solder joints & watertight sealed)? How did you check the siren? Few more helpful answers needed for the siren portion please? BTW, the FOB not working, COULD it be water inside the central locking pump in the rear well (did you check that)?

I'm gonna investigate this further. When I replaced the batteries in the module, everything worked just fine. Before I replaced them the alarm was going off at random. Everything just stopped working? The key unlocks the doors. Just wondering what to check before I pull the module again. I will look in the help section here for what to check first. I don't think it's water as this car sits under a carport that's closed in plus, it's has a car cover on it. I was only thinking maybe one of the batteries in the module are defective? The module box I resealed well with silicone and tape so I don't think anything got in there?
