Okay so the batteries are Varta# 55615-303-059. I put these in the alarm and everything was fine for about 6 months or so then, the remote stopped working? Unplugged the alarm and remote works fine. Think I'm just fine with this and gonna leave it. Good Luck!
The siren circuit is buggered up, get a new alarm or leave it as is.
When the siren sounds at random it generally means the PCB in the siren is shot.
