Yup that is the kind of help a "newbie" needs when he doesn't understand what's being told to him! I did see that little black chip but didn't realize it came out of the fob. I thought it was some piece of junk left on the table from something. I looked around the area where I took it apart and there it was laying on the floor. Thank you for the pics to help me understand what I was lacking when I put the fob back together. Don't know why it worked for the one day while my glue was drying on my daily use fob!

Thanks guys for making me aware of the links for rebuilding the fob!
