For those in town on Thursday night the plan for dinner is to go to the Moose Preserve Restaurant at 6:00PM - I contacted them and they will do their best to seat us
Dinner location on Saturday has not been determined

We have contacted the owner and he was excited to host our entire group for dinner on Friday night at 6pm.
We told him it might be as many as 42 people if EVERYONE will attend !!
We are fortunate to have found a establishment who can host our entire group.
Many local restaurants are still understaffed and cant accommodate our requests for group dining.
If you are on this list we hope you will join us for dinner on Friday night.
It is our opportunity to discuss the events for the weekend and to explain what is needed to enter the park together on Saturday morning by 8:00am.
This must happen in order to all be parked together is the same spot in Memorial Park.
I know all of you are coming from all different location from out of town and locally but I do hope you can make it to this dinner.
The owner is going to put something up on there sign outside welcoming all of us.

We have secured Crossfire Group Parking again this year at the corner of 13 mile and Woodward!!!
The spot is in the beautiful shaded 25 acres of Memorial Park where we will be among 800 other show cars !!
Walk around the park and see all the other show cars and if that isn't enough you can go walk along Woodward ave in both directions and see several thousand more show cars

This spot is right off Woodward Ave.
The fee is $40 per car and this entitles you to park here on Friday and Saturday.
This fee also allows you exclusive access to bleachers on the edge of the park by Woodward Ave to sit and enjoy watching all the show cars cruising by all day

Friday you can go in to Memorial Park at anytime without pulling in with the other Crossfires
On Saturday we MUST ENTER TOGETHER to be parked together
We must arrive as a group no later than 8am on Saturday to be parked together
We generally gather at Sonesta (our host hotel) Saturday morning and leave by 7:30 as a group
I have secured a block of 15 rooms again at our usual host hotel location
This location was the Marriott hotel and was recently purchased by the "Sonesta Hotel" chain
15 rooms are available for Friday 20th and Saturday 21rst (King and/or Queen)
Also 5 rooms are available for Thursday 19th for those who arrive early

When calling to make your reservation please be sure to identify yourself as part of the "Chrysler Crossfire Club" Room Block
and be sure to specify the Sonesta hotel listed above in Auburn Hills.
Reservations for all guests must be received on or before July 19, 2021 (the “Cutoff Date”) to get the group rate.
After this Cut off Date, the hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale and, in the hotel’s discretion, will accept reservations at Crossfire Club Room Block’s group rate, on a space and rate available basis.
