I have 3 calls into the luggage hotline and no real follow up from the dealer in NY where we purchased the car. No real surprise there either since we live down here in little ole South Carolina! The no luggage thing is no reflection on the quality of the car or the happiness I feel when driving or riding in it. We love our car!
We got our luggage in about 2 weeks after delivery. Since its an Aero Blue it is certainly a Limited Model eligible for the luggage.
Is it an " A" title car? New car never registered before? Also, I wouldn't be surprise if the dealer had the car reported as sold and provided DC a bogus retail card...Sometimes done to boost month/year end sales numbers before the car is actually sold and to collect dealer rebates...Then someone else may have your luggage...
More importantly you should check the "in Service date" reported to Chrysler as the starting date of the warranty. Any Chrysler Service Department should be able to look it up in their computer system...
