Cars that went to the northern states came with block heaters, they are not too obvious and could easily be missed. I’ll find the thread that mentions them, I did it but it was ten years or so ago now, it was on my 2004 Limited.
Although Pennsylvania is considered a Northern state my Crossfires, all originally sold in PA, did not come with block heaters. As it's in a slightly hidden area I decided to double check this morning. The hose going down goes directly to the radiator.
