Swapped out new pulley. This is the old pulley completely separated right down the middle off the hub. Clearly the pulley wheel s comprised of two pieces pressed together over the sprocketed hub and somehow adhered to one another. I suppose the only thing holding the two pieces together on the hub was the belt in the grooves! Yikes!!!
